A     Vertical and horizontal numbering heads
Vertical and horizontal numbering heads in any style or configuration available on the market today. Uses Heavy Duty Dove Tail base rotary numbering heads, forward, backward, skip or repeat action that will provide years of cost effective operation. Little or no make ready- quick starts, easy adjustment. Easy to clean- easy to remove. Capacity up to 32 horizontal or 24 vertical numbering heads. Six roller inking system provides inking coverage to meet the highest standards (see H).

B      Chain delivery
Advanced concept of chain delivery on-line with numbering, perforating and imprinting attachments. Boosts productivity and savings by at least 50%. Precision designed sturdy construction. Convenient positive pressure controls operated by the use of transfer grippers, assuring perfect register at all times.

C     Rubber plate + composition slug holder (opt.)
Rubber plate and composition slug holder for copy designation/ imprinting developed for all type of work where variable information must be interchanged in a form. Produces clean, sharp copies and maintains high quality. Extra plate burning is eliminated. Imprinting can be done in additional color, making a 2 or 3 color finished product. Cost of rubber plate or composition slug is very minimal and can be reused when needed. Rush jobs involving variable information or additional color can be handled with minimum down time.

D      Horizontal perforating
Horizontal perforating attachment using patented scissors action type angled roller, assures perfect perforation using self-adhesive perforation strip. This quality feature provides precise register through improved stability, especially on light weight stock. Same attachment can be used for creasing, scoring or light die-cutting. Easy pressure adjustment through micrometer setting. Quick acting wheel pressure adjustment with machine in motion.

E      Vertical perforation
Vertical perforation using self adhesive perforating strips. Pressure adjusted through micrometer adjustment with machine in motion. Paper support cams assure perfect register and long run. Fast make ready. Quick starts.

F     Angled roller for horizontal perforation
